1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Markets Triad handles personal and related information in connection with the Markets Triad service, including:
- the public website at https://marketstriad.com
- the Markets Triad application at https://app.marketstriad.com
Markets Triad provides market information, analysis, and educational and informational material. Content is for informational purposes only and is not financial advice.
This policy does not turn third-party sites into Markets Triad services. When you use Stripe Checkout, community platforms, our blog, or other external services, those providers also process information under their own policies.
2. Information We Collect or Process
Information you provide
You may provide information directly to Markets Triad or through tools we use, including:
- email address and the content of messages sent to support@marketstriad.com
- name and email address submitted through lead or download forms (for example, playbook or assessment forms), which may also include an optional score or similar form field
- account-related information used to register, sign in, recover access, or manage your Markets Triad account
- checkout and billing details you enter on Stripe-hosted payment pages (described below)
Account and authentication information
To access the Markets Triad application, you may create or use an account. Account and authentication processing may include email address, account creation information, login and authentication information, authentication or session information, and login method or provider information (for example, email/password or Google sign-in). Password recovery is available through the sign-in flow.
Passwords and authentication credentials are handled through our authentication provider, Clerk. Markets Triad does not maintain its own separate password database.
Payment and subscription information
Trial signup and paid subscription checkout are processed on Stripe-hosted pages (for example, buy.stripe.com). Stripe may collect information such as email address, full name, billing address, and payment details needed to process the transaction and administer the subscription.
Markets Triad does not store full payment-card numbers. Markets Triad may receive or use subscription and account identifiers, status, and related billing information needed to administer access to the service.
Website and application usage information
When you use marketstriad.com or app.marketstriad.com, our hosting providers and analytics or advertising tools may process ordinary technical and usage information. That can include IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages or screens viewed, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps.
Browser-local storage and preferences
The Markets Triad application may store certain information locally in your browser (for example, using localStorage). This may include watchlist tickers, alert preferences, an optional alert email stored in browser preferences, signal history, and paper-trading simulator activity. That information remains on your device/browser unless you clear it or otherwise remove it. It is not, by itself, a Markets Triad-owned central customer database.
The application may also ask for browser notification permission so alerts can be shown on your device. Granting or denying that permission is controlled through your browser.
Cookies and similar technologies
We and certain service providers use cookies, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies to operate the service, remember preferences where applicable, measure performance, and support advertising measurement. You can often limit or block cookies through browser settings; doing so may affect some features or measurement.
3. Analytics and Session-Recording Technologies
Markets Triad uses analytics and advertising technologies to understand usage and measure marketing performance:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags — used on the public website and in the application to manage tags and measure events and conversions.
- Microsoft Clarity — used on the public Markets Triad website (marketstriad.com) for session recordings and heatmaps. We do not state that Clarity necessarily operates on every application page.
4. How We Use Information
We use information for purposes such as:
- providing, operating, and improving the Markets Triad website and application
- creating and administering accounts and authenticating users
- processing trials and subscriptions through Stripe and administering access
- responding to support and privacy requests
- delivering or following up on lead-form submissions when those forms are used
- remembering in-app preferences and history stored in your browser
- understanding usage and improving content, layout, and features
- measuring marketing and conversion performance
- protecting against abuse, spam, fraud, and technical problems
- complying with legal, tax, accounting, and similar obligations where applicable
5. Service Providers and Third Parties
Markets Triad uses service providers and linked platforms to operate the service. Categories and named providers evidenced in our current operations include:
- Hosting and forms — Netlify hosts the public website and may process Netlify Forms submissions.
- Authentication — Clerk supports account sign-in and account-recovery functionality.
- Payment processing — Stripe processes checkout, payment, and subscription data on Stripe-hosted pages.
- Forms automation — Zapier webhooks may receive lead-form details (such as name and email) when those forms are submitted.
- Analytics and advertising measurement — Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags; Microsoft Clarity on the public website.
- Fonts — Google Fonts may be loaded when you view the public website.
- Market-data providers — Yahoo Finance supports currently available market-data functionality. This provider generally receives market-data requests rather than Markets Triad customer account records, though ordinary technical request information (such as IP address or request metadata) may be part of Internet communications.
- Blog and community platforms — links or connections involving blog.marketstriad.com (a separate blog surface), Telegram, Discord, and X/Twitter. Public market-posting activity on community platforms is not used as a customer CRM synchronization of personal account records.
These providers operate under their own privacy terms and policies. We may change or add service providers over time as reasonably needed to operate Markets Triad; when we do, this Privacy Policy continues to describe our practices at a category level, and we will update this page when material changes warrant it.
6. How Information May Be Shared
We share information with service providers as needed to operate Markets Triad (for example, hosting, authentication, payments, forms/automation, analytics, market data, and related infrastructure).
We may also disclose information if needed to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or asset sale, if that ever occurs.
Markets Triad does not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
7. Potential Future Platform Integrations
Markets Triad may in the future offer optional integrations with third-party platforms. If you expressly authorize an integration, Markets Triad may receive or process information permitted by your authorization and the applicable platform. That information would be used only for the functionality you authorized and handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable platform requirements. You may be able to revoke authorization through the third-party platform.
Markets Triad does not currently operate a live LinkedIn integration through its website or application. If Markets Triad adds an optional third-party platform integration in the future, information received through that integration will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the permissions authorized by the user.
8. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy—such as providing the service, administering accounts and subscriptions, responding to requests, measuring performance, maintaining business records, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or regulatory requirements.
We do not publish a single fixed retention schedule for all data types. Retention periods vary by context and by the systems involved (for example, authentication providers, Stripe, hosting/forms tools, and analytics providers). Information stored only in your browser remains under your local browser storage until you clear or overwrite it.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps intended to protect information associated with Markets Triad and rely on service providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, and payment processing. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with Markets Triad where applicable.
Email support@marketstriad.com and include enough detail for us to locate your information (for example, the email address associated with your account or form submission). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Automated account or data deletion is not currently implemented. Deletion is not instantaneous, and we may retain information when required or permitted for legitimate legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, regulatory, or similar purposes.
For information stored only in your browser (such as localStorage preferences or history), you can typically clear it yourself through your browser settings, or by clearing site data for app.marketstriad.com. Clearing browser data does not automatically delete account, billing, form, or analytics records held by service providers.
You may also manage cookies through browser controls, manage notification permissions in your browser, and manage payment methods or subscription status through Stripe’s customer flows where those apply.
11. Children
Markets Triad is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact support@marketstriad.com and we will take appropriate steps.
12. External Links and Third-Party Services
Markets Triad links to and relies on third-party services, including Stripe-hosted checkout, authentication infrastructure, analytics providers, market-data providers, blog.marketstriad.com, Telegram, Discord, and X/Twitter. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective or last-updated date at the top of this page. Please review this page periodically for the current version.
