1. Who We Are

Markets Triad is operated by Klondike Enterprises Group LLC, doing business as Markets Triad. References to “Markets Triad,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean that business. Questions may be sent to support@marketstriad.com.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the services in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized account use.

Your account is for your own authorized use. You may not share credentials, sell or transfer access, create accounts through automated means, or permit another person to use your account in a way that violates these Terms.

3. Informational and Educational Use Only

Markets Triad provides market information, directional signals, charts, commentary, alerts, educational content, and research tools. The services do not provide individualized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice; do not recommend that you buy, sell, or hold a particular investment; and do not execute trades or manage assets.

You are solely responsible for your research, decisions, trades, risk management, and results. Consider your circumstances and consult appropriately qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

4. Market Data and Service Limitations

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, corrected, or affected by provider, exchange, network, software, or market conditions. Refresh frequency does not mean that data is real-time. Instrument availability, data sources, calculations, signals, and features may change as provider rights and product requirements change.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, profitability, or predictive value of any data, signal, chart, alert, commentary, or other content. You should independently verify information before relying on it.

5. Trials, Subscriptions, and Billing

Current trial length, price, billing interval, amount due, and other checkout terms are displayed before you submit a Stripe-hosted checkout form. Those displayed checkout terms form part of these Terms. Pricing and promotions may change for future purchases.

If a paid subscription begins, it renews at the interval disclosed at checkout until canceled or otherwise ended. You authorize the applicable payment provider to collect amounts you approve during checkout. Taxes may apply. You may manage an eligible subscription through the available account or Stripe customer-management process.

Unless required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees already charged are nonrefundable. Ending a subscription does not retroactively refund a prior billing period. If trial or subscription information conflicts with a general statement on our website, the specific terms displayed and accepted at checkout control.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use Markets Triad only for lawful, personal, informational, educational, and research purposes permitted by these Terms. You may not:

• redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, broadcast, scrape, or commercially exploit market data, signals, or service content;
• represent Markets Triad output as individualized advice or a guaranteed trading result;
• circumvent authentication, entitlement, rate limits, access restrictions, or security controls;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the services or related systems;
• use automated tools to extract content except with our prior written permission; or
• use the services or our branding in a deceptive, unlawful, infringing, or harmful manner.

7. Intellectual Property

Markets Triad and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, design, text, graphics, signals, compilations, trademarks, and other protected materials. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the services as authorized. They do not transfer ownership or grant market-data redistribution rights.

8. Third-Party Services

The services use or link to third parties such as authentication, hosting, payment, analytics, community, blog, and market-data providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party services, content, availability, or practices.

9. Changes, Availability, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, instruments, data sources, or all or part of the services when reasonably necessary, including for legal, licensing, security, provider, operational, or business reasons. We may restrict or terminate access for a violation of these Terms, suspected abuse or fraud, nonpayment, risk to the service or others, or when required by law.

You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and payment obligations—will survive.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Markets Triad is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Markets Triad and Klondike Enterprises Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, or goodwill; trading or investment losses; or losses resulting from data errors, delays, outages, unauthorized access, or reliance on the services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Markets Triad for the services during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Markets Triad and Klondike Enterprises Group LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, or unauthorized redistribution or commercial use of service content.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date when changes are posted and provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

14. General Terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a business reorganization, transfer, or operation of the services.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the specific terms accepted during checkout constitute the agreement concerning your use of Markets Triad, except where a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives applies.
